    Hi Guys.
Need to put in a very low maintenance down light for badly accessible domestic stairwell.
Access from attic but don't want to be going in to change lamps etc.
As it will be switched on/off multiples time for short periods ...what do you suggest.
    Approx +50W is ideal.
7w JCC fireguard LED unit ?
    Cheers

Haven't used a JCC LED yet, but with a 10 year warranty it can't be too bad.

The 7W LEDs I use now are as bright as a 50W GU10.

Thanks, I was more concerned with the short repetative ON cycle being a problem.

JCC LED7 or the new LED6 It's their new model, replacing the 7.

. . just to add to this, slightly, if you have installed a set of LED7's (dimmable) you can't mix them with the LED 6's as they say the dimming pattern gets unstable!

JCC led 6 - these are the ultimate RS. Fitted 4 in my shower room and they are absolutely fantastic. You can buy dimmable ones but as said already they cannot be on the same circuit as the non dimmable (cant see the point of dimmable ones anyway tbqh)
