    I have the Roughneck mortar gun. Have never used it for grouting - if that’s what you mean by repointing - but it’s brilliant for mortar.

    Yep. Only used it for mortar. Tried plasticiser, tried washing interior in neat plasticiser between loads. Just can’t get on with it.

    I always add plasticiser, and it has always worked really well, but like I said, I’ve not tried using it with grout.

    I would say the thin fine grit sponges would get in where you need. They go to almost a cloth after a while
