Not only that, but if you are accused by the 'victim' of saying something, any normal person wouldn't repeat the accusation back.

You would normally say, "No, I didn't."

You wouldn't say, "No, I didn't call you a ******* b**** c***."

On another forum, some people are saying how can a court find him not guilty, yet the FA can ? Simple. He managed to fool the magistrates, but couldn't fool the FA. He even admitted he'd uttered those awful words. He was as guilty as sin.

 

Well, OJ Simpson was found not guilty in one trial but found guilty in a civil court trial.
JT said what we all know he said. As JJ has pointed out, he admitted to it (albeit that he was only repeated what AF said to him)? I still think the FA is a bit limp for letting the court case preceded their own findings. Be consistent, don't take 'immediate' action against Sourez, then let JT's case drag on and on then give him a slap on the wrist?
What makes it worse is that JT will not man up and apologise 
It will never be rid of, FACT. So, if you are caught saying it, just say sorry and move up.

 

Mind you, an HD slow motion replay of the incident , does indeed prove Ferdi to be black.

 

His mother is white, so if you play it quite slowly, you'll find he is actually white.

Yep, and most take it as "Just a bit of banter," But,,, if John Terry were to say it to another player, they'd probably believe him. !!!

 

The difference is that the 'law' the public prosecution needs concrete evidence (or a good chance of succeeding)to go ahead and prosecute.

The FA are not bound by that restriction.

The 'law', is the as  s in this case(and most others!)
