hi all, Ive just purchased 2 properties which i will be renting out, one is a 2 bedroom flat and one is a 2 bedroom terrace, ive asked a few plumber friends which combi boilers i should install, some are saying baxi and also a potterton which to be fair ive never heard off. my question is what do you plumbing guys suggest?
Glowworm ultra com, made by Vaillant five year warranty. Perfect for the rental property as there not an expensive boiler. Incidentally Baxi and Potterton are from the same firm
I'd say those plumber friends think like me, a baxi/potterton ( both made by the same company) are ideal for rented property, they are a budget boiler that delivers all the thing of a top range boiler without the frills,
For landlords it's all about cheapest with longest warranty Ideal range, Independent + 5 yr Logic + 7 yr Vogue 10 yr
If its for students. A 50 gallon oil drum with holes in will do they will love it and at the end of term they will have destroyed it
