have just installed new open vent HW/CH/solar system. pressure tested and all ok.
28mm pipwork to/from boiler, pump on boiler flow, order is vent then feed then pump, pump (peglar terrier) mounted on a vertical run with vent screw accessed horizontally.
    ALL IS WORKING WELL....but

every day i hear the tell-tale trickle sound coming from the pump, i undo the screw a bit of air splutters out and then it runs silently, but i have to do this every day, there are no leaks,
anyone have any ideas of whats going on??
