   I know you said you dont want to but id say the cheapest easiest way (thatll look good) is to have it all up and re concrete it (being careful of drains and wires etc)

   Also if you can confirm that the small slab is covering a manhole or inspection chamber.
   
   If braking out the concrete now is the best time to sort out the drainage.
