  2. Twelve months is no good for an apprentice.
    An apprenticeship should last for a minimum of three or four years,depending on which trade.

    I recently saw a kid had been made to take an apprenticeship as an order picker. Less than minimum wage to pick boxes off a shelf. :mad:

    I have an apprentice taken him a year just to understand basics he getting there now
