Aquapanel

Hi

1.Can I fix aqapanel vertically to a wall? Studs are on 450mm centres and cannot be adjusted (metal gypfreme with plasterboard on the other side)

2.Can anyone could advise decent slow setting tile adhesive to tile on aquapanel'ed walls and floor.
60 x 30 porcelain.
