Aura wireless thermostat - settings

Hi, I need some help to reset a programmable John Guest Aura thermostate. I tried to do it myself to change something and all went wrong. All I need is what numbers to put in cause I don't understand how to set one thermostat to control just underfloor heating and other thermostat to control just radiators (none of which have any wirless thermostatic valve controls on them).
Here's my set up:
Combi boiler for whole house including underfloor heating
Two wireless programmable Aura thermostats
One wiring centre
One transmitter/wireless coordinator

Whatever settings I put in, I just end up with one thermostat doing nothing, or both of them controlling just the underfloor heating.
