Bathroom Extractor Fan - Duct Sizing Problem

    These adaptors go inside solid plastic ducting, then flex can go over these as well, did you manage to get a photo?

    Buy some solid ducting and cut a 50mm section off, this will allow the fan to go inside and the old ducting to slip inside aswell

    I didn't try this because I thought I'd have the same problem - fan spigot being flush with the 100mm duct pipe, not fitting snugly inside....

    This was definitely a problem with the adaptor in the last link you posted.
