How many times I've read you blasting the battlebus 'statement' as an outright lie.

It has been explained. That is what we pay. What we get back isn't ours to do what we want with. It is dictated by the EU when and where we can spend it.

So to say "Let's spend the 352m on NHS," CAN be possible(however unlikely!)

It is not possible to say, "Let's spend whatever we get back from the EU on the NHS."

We are not allowed.

So the bus is correct. We WOULD have 352m to spend as we wish.

Please explain if you think this is wrong.
