Best filler

    Help just painted my windows with butibox 1 ,while I was to start with pleased with result now notice two weeks later it peelin where it has been put on top of filler ,i did sand down to bare wood previous was ronseal ,used ronseal wood filler,any ideas why this has happened after alot of prep work frustrating
