    Dear screwfix community.
I recently cleaned the shed in my new house and found freezer buried under lots of stuff. Unfortunately freezer was not connected to power supply for long time now and when I opened it I found old food (meat, cheese, corn, bread). I was brave enough to put some of the waste into bins and sealed them properly (I wear mask and odor was still unbearable). At the moment I do have 2 bags with contaminated food that needs to be collected and bottom of the freezer contains a bit of contaminated water (2 liters approx).
I already contacted local council hopefully they can shed some light on situation.
    Cheers.

Horrible, but scoop it out, bag it well and put it in the bin!!

The water can go down the toilet, the solids should go in the non recycle bin. Not a nice job, but ya gotta do it.
