Biava tap insert

Hi everyone

I am looking for the replacement insert for a biava bathroom sink single lever tap the current cartridge was leaking and disintegrated upon removal i have looked on e bay but can't see ones with simillar base patterns, any ideas? Base is 40mm dia.
