hi we have a Bosch combi boiler that has an overflow pipe that is constantly dripping. We've had two engineers out and the last one said its the Heat Exchanger Assembly that needs changing. The part is going to cost approx £300. Is this the main reason for the dripping pipe?

could be or the expansion vessel or a week pressure release valve ect there are a few things that can cause this,
unless you know the engineer and can trust him,
why not contact worcester bosch direct arrange for them to send one of there engineers,
or they will have a list of heating engineers in your area that have attended there training courses,
    good luck

Which pipe is leaking - the 15mm copper one or the 22mm white plastic one?

And how old is the boiler, and which model is it?
