Well at least they brought something out! My local lot just say this

 

cannock staff are the most laid back and have really good banter with customers i feel really comfortable there

 

I don't want sloppy lazy laid back staff!

I want service!

Fast!

Pronto!

Goods in stock!

NOW!

cannock staff got my goods out fast and the service was spot on!!!have u even been in the store???

 

i really dont see your problem with the staff at the store as i have recently purchased items and always found the staff to be very professional and polite with good characteristics about each individual.
i rate this store highly as each member of staff is different in there own way and bring joy to customer services so i say well done cannock
