    Hi
I live in a old Victorian house with high ceilings to bathroom.(but reachable easily with ladder) I live in ground floor conversion and there is a flat above me which is empty.

I would like to have downlights to my bathroom ceiling which is just plaster board. I currently have pendent ceiling light

Can these be fitted without need to access upstairs flat?

And if so what would the ball park figure be I would need no more than 6 I would say and obviously a dimmer switch to replace existing pully light switch that also kicks off extractor fan to bathroom.

Any ideas?? around cost. I know my circuit board has capacity and my general electric cable is trunked and not sunken into walls. No doubt cheap option but not too displeasing on eye
