Section K has to be filled in a bit differently, and also the codes are now thus : -

Code C1 – Danger present, risk of injury, immediate remedial action required.
Code C2 – Potentially dangerous, urgent remedial action required.
    Code C3 – Improvement recommended.

    :D

I like PIRForm... Having bought it recently and used it a bunch of times I can justify it's annual fee. It wins me hands down on the buy-once TySoft.

You should look int Foxit software for pdf reader etc. 2 second load max. They have editors etc too.
Much more friendly. Some free, some paid.

You could look at downloading a free application that will convert PDF to a Microsoft Word Doc or similar so that you can edit the fields. The newer versions of Microsoft Office might have it built in.

Will take a look and post later

Do not try this unless you want to spend the next couple of hours uninstalling junk from your computer,
yes I thought it would be a handy programme to have but it filled my machine with rubbish, i've spent half this afternoon uninstalling rubbish just to get the machine working again!
