Sorry to learn you are having problems changing your email address on the Screwfix Community.

You can change your email address details by going to your profile page and then Contact details.
As shown below, then you can edit your email address details.




As you are stating you are having a error message, you may have attempted to change this already.

To prevent this being a public discussion. I recommend to contact me at forum.moderation@screwfix.com with full details of the error message so I can assist further.
