coming off a ring main

Hi can someone give me some advice please.
I am wanting to put mains power in my summer house / shed. I cannot get a new supply from the CU so I was wondering if I could tap into the ring main that supplies only the garage and put a 32amp switch in the garage and use a 6mm armoured to the shed. Can this be done as we only have a fridge and a freezer in the garage
