Hi. First post....... I've read up on cladding conservatory roof with supercool battens and cladding etc....forum on here was very helpful. Bugged me for years how unusable it is in the winter. Anyway I've nearly finished this and was wondering if I could do something similar to the boundary side. Stupidly I had it built with a dwarf wall all round and glazed to the fence wall. Has anyone filled this in? I realise I could remove the windows and build the wall up, but wondered if I could construct a stud wall over the glass and use the super quilt I have left to insulate it. Then plasterboard or clad finish the inside. Appreciate I'd have to do something to the outside to keep the neighbours happy. Apologies if posted before......googled for.Britain and can't find much info. Maybe this is a daft idea....just in a moment of ponder. So, stud wall affixed to upvc window frame (through alu) and built on top of dwarf wall....affixed to original house wall. That make sense? ?
