House been on market...........Took ages to go through sale...........Living with in law now while purchase hopefully completes, thus, didn't want to rush out and buy one immediately! Is that Hitachi the better one so far out of those linked?

I use the Bosch Multipurpose bits, great for masonry, covers all the common sizes you need, but I did get an additional 5mm bit, as I sometimes use the smaller wallplugs for a few jobs. There is a 7 piece, rather overpriced, but I can't find it cheaper, I find it better to buy the odd bit if needed for a job. http://www.screwfix.com/p/bosch-multipurpose-drill-bit-set-4pcs/95958 http://www.screwfix.com/p/bosch-multipurpose-drill-bit-5-x-85mm/21971 And screwdrive bits Dewalt, Wiha Maxxtor, it varies. http://www.screwfix.com/p/dewalt-25mm-screwdriver-bit-set-32pcs/94904 http://www.screwfix.com/p/dewalt-impact-torsion-screwdriver-bit-set-14-pcs/2738k
