I had one today, clever guy had his combi fitted on the cheap by an illegal installer, The install was good nice and tidy take a quick look and alls fine. Only issue when I did my FGA reading alarm bells rang CO went off the scale it was only a Natural Gas boiler being supplied by LPG, not been converted. They now have no heating or hot water until I can convert it. But suprise surprise no information about the guy who fitted it so a RIDDOR is out of the question, despite the fact he could have killed the whole family.
