    Nice one Pete - your dad must have served in squadron 35 (the same one as my uncle) which was based in Lynton On Ouse - you haven't got the plane designation number by any chance?

    No, he never really talked about it, I do know he spent the latter part of the war stationed in Burma, he got there on a glider apparently .
