Dehumidifier Continuous Drainage?

I have a 12 litre dehumidifier which collects about 1.5l when full, at present I am regularly emptying the container and was thinking can the outlet pipe connected to some kind of tank and then be pumped out. I was thinking that a condensate pump be use, i.e ones that are used for condensing boilers. Or if someone has any other idea...

It needs to be pumped about 1.8m high and 2m in length.
