I was thinking the same thing. Suspect her lawyers are hoping Kools does not put in for maintenance so are happy to get it signed off quick.

Wife's solicitor is playing funny buggers as she is trying to get my wife to fight for 'All' the inheritance money she received 5 years ago. Plus, she is saying she wants us to to attend mediation but the wife and i have sorted out everything. My solicitor is annoyed. My wife said we have agreed everything and mediation is not needed. Wife made appointment to see her ruddy solicitor but its in 2 weeks time as she is busy! So annoyed!!

It's gonna happen, Kools - so try and embrace it. You ain't ph***d - you are young enough to start all over again. In divorce terms, you are actually in a very good position - not many couples can split and both end up being able to buy a new home outright.
