Actually, to me, it looks like the second reviewer has copied and pasted the first, changed just some selected words.

The added 'To' with the capital letter suggests something along those lines(as there was no 'to' at all in the first). You also see 2 quotation marks at the end, suggesting copying again.

So maybe just copied and edited.

Just bought a few gallons myself, more than enough to paint the Forth Road bridge and had plenty left over to paint the Clifton Suspension bride and a JCB, neighbours garden gate and my old bicycle frame. Yes it covers well and used 36 brushes all 2".

 

Isn't just like some of the posters on the forum - where you seem to get the same questions asked over and over again in slightly different formats

 

I bought half a litre to paint some cricket bats. Half way through - run out!
