Do you use Quick Shop?

    Hi

    Our Customer Experience Design Team are looking for your feedback.

    We are looking for ways to improve our site, and one of the areas we are looking at is Quick Shop. Before we make any changes, we’d like to know more about how you use it, what it does well and how we could improve it.

    It would be great to hear your thoughts about Quick Shop – good and bad. We’re interested to hear anything you have to say about it, but some of the questions we have are:

    • When do you use Quick Shop – what prompts you to use Quick Shop over the main site?
    • Why do you prefer Quick Shop?
    • How do you find your product numbers?
    • How many items do you normally order at once on a Quick Shop visit?
    • In an ideal world, what would Quick Shop (or something like it) be to you?
