I want to install aco drains or similar but have a soil stack pipe in the middle of the run

my problem is the channel runs from the new extension and the rain water pipe is at the far end of house and the soil stack pipe in bang in the middle (the council wont allow the rain water to link into the sewage waste)

any ideas or information would be appreciated.

I've used Aco Hex drain in the past, & just used corner joints to go around obstacles, you just cut the channel to length, there is a cutting guide on the channel, not sure what shortest length would be.
Other drainage channel systems have different corner arangements, some I've used, I have made mitre joints to overcome problems, you need to look at the various makes available & decide which is best for your needs.

Links below explain better than I can.
