My last stone-cast shower tray came with legs already fitted, attached by some kind of araldite-like adhesive.

This time the tray and legs have come separately. The legs are adjustable, one part has a circular end the other a 2" square end with screw holes.

When I fist saw them I assume that I attached he circular end to the shower tray (adhesive again) and the square end was for screwing to the floor.

However, then I found a piece of paper that came with the legs that says "When attaching the legs to the shower tray don't over-tighen the screws."

So, am I supposed to screw into a stone-cast shower tray? And how? It seems a little unlikely to me. But what do I know?

Get yerself a decent pair of glasses or contact manufacturers for positive recommendations on how to proceed.
