Hi all im after a garage base doing 30ft x 12ft just to put a pre fab garage on. Any ideas what i should be paying for this roughly? in leeds area and wanting some one to do it if any ones interested on coming to have a look? Know people in most trades but just no one who does this
To many factors to give a firm price. Existing levels compared to finished levels. Access. Does the muck dug out have to be removed from site. Spec on slab from garage company.
Yes know what you mean mate Cant believe its so hard to get someone local to do it . Access is no problem Area where base is going to be is pretty flat. No turf etc to ruin as once base done re turfing Will be a nice job for someone
