The Engineer will come to the work site or to see you in work where you may be doing gas safety certificate work or a servicing the boiler so whatever you have learnt so far in your training, you have to perform as a gas safe engineer would do at work and be calm and polite and finally do not worry, do write in a piece of paper what you would do if you have to service the boiler so get MI for the boiler you would be working on so follow step by step and try to remember what you can and if cannot remember what is next, read the paper, it is OK to do that. You can call at home if you have a boiler. :)
