Getacore Worktop Repair

Hello All,
We had a new kitchen installed last year with Getacore worktops. We had noticed after a few weeks that one of the surfaces had some ripples in as if something very hot had been placed on it. Needless to say we didn't do that ourselves and the installer also denies any knowledge. We weren't initially too bothered as the ripples weren't obvious but now after about a year cracks have started to develop.
My question is this: can this be repaired ( the affected area would be say a 30cm diameter circle ) and could anyone recommend a repairer in the Cheshire area.
