Just bought a house which has one random gold radiator, does anyone know what it is, if it is worth anything and if it would be easily removed?

seen a few in my 33 yrs in the trade,
nice and heavy but not worth there wait in gold lol,
to take off, there are either two nuts or bolt heads just below the top of the radiator at the rear,
this will release the two top latch over brackets.
the radiator just sits on the bottom two brackets.
but first you have to drain the system or turn off the radiator vales if they work that is,
undo the valve unions, then start on the brackets
    good luck

Been a while since Ive seen one of those, Darrens covered all you need to know, looking at that I think that you'll need to alter some of the pipework before you csn install a modern radiator.

Looks like youve bought a house previously occupied by an elderly couple or person, usually good projects for modernising.
