The Data sheet is ambiguous, The e-mail reply is not. The e-mail offers direct confirmation of the questions I asked regarding the longevity of the product; the Data sheet did not answer these questions.

You are right that life is short, but not as short as the maximum of 8 years protection that the Sadolin offers in a shielded environment.

I don't want to take up any one else's time further. I do appreciate the suggestions I have been given so far, I have decided to use the Masonry paint I have to hand and see how that goes. For me personally it will reduce the steps needed to get the work I am doing, done.
