I have got these too. No trees around, straight onto chalk. And also the small fact that in ww2 a bomb landed t two house to the left and blew it up. Luckily, the house between is a semi so a gap. I have tried caulk and fine gap filler time will tell. But our structural surveyor said they are normal. And they're hairline. If you don't want cracks, buy new build.
