How do i paint this please ?

If you wanted the rad the same colour and finish as the wall without buying a gloss or satinwood

 

Get it powdercoated, they can match any colour you have,plus a choice of finishes gloss,satin,etc & it's harder wearing.
Had some done at my last place, a few years ago, cost was very reasonable.
