Used it a few times and both times it crashed half way through a cert
I just use NICEIC online now.

 

Probably user was incapable.

 

Doubt it as I can actually read and understand things before jumping down others throats!

Un...it's called polite behaviour.....and in my case taking the Pee.(mostly)...with a little common sense and 50 years experience thrown in( and I am def still learning !!!)
There is always two ways to skin a cat and we may not agree with others opinions.
Lee and you are obviously well competent and hard working (even tho you both can be ***** sometimes...)
