In need of more carpentry experience

Hi everyone, I completed my NVQ3 in carpentry in October and I need a lot more experience, the company I am with are all on price so the guys don't have time to teach me all they can and I completely understand they need to earn their money but that don't help me out.

All of them have said I should try and get with a local builder or carpenter so I can learn more, because that is what the all done, but no company in my area and surrounding areas have got back to me.

I am 22 have my cscs all 110 power tools and all my hand tools, I have a car as well so can get anywhere, I live in plumstead south East London which is in Greenwich so I can get to kent and London no problem, I just need someone to take me on and teach me as much as they can so I can benefit them and myself.
