Some of the 15mm 90 degree bends in the crawl space under my lounge floor have been formed by bending the pipe into a curve. I need to install 25mm wall thickness insulation which won't go round the pipe nice and tight.

Before I plough on and regret it, any advice on how to do this properly please?

Might even need to cut out thin wedges from insulation if bend is really tight.
