I'll see what I can do since you're too lazy to search.

You admitted to being a lier, therefore you made that money by deceit, thus stole off the people that employed your services

    No.. you are lying.
It would be nearer the truth to say that the people I worked for have stolen from me.
I justify it by relishing in the fact that the IR lose out also.

I'll never see that £30k. It won't ever reach the pixels on any bankers or tax mans monitor. Happy days eh?

I strongly suspect that if you were honest, you would not have been duped (even if that is the case) ;)

My Dad only ever lied when he was being swindled by a rogue. I share the same ethics.

My employer promised me a set days pay. But has reneged on that promise.
My choices are find a new employer or use the tactics described in the thread.

If an employer does not pay what he owes to his employee then there are LEGAL procedures that you could undertake, IE: go to C.A.B & they will advise the right course of action

Am I a swindler because my employer has done me in £30k?
Earning that I grafted on the building site for.

I'd never go down the legal route...Just not worth the hassle.
And then seeing a lawyer walk away with £10k of it. Would rather see my employer with all the cash than a lawyer getting a single penny of it.

I would never ever let an employer get away with not paying me one weeks wages yet alone 30k

It's the unfortunate state of this world that it seems liars and cheats are better off(at least financially) than those that are ultimately honest!

    Mr. HandyAndy - Really

Oh, and I would have thought that with a name like 'plumberboy', you would be the last to start calling names by rhyme :p
