Internal Cutlery Drawer HELP!

I am fitting a Howdens kitchen and I have the 800mm 2 pan drawer unit with internal cutlery tray but cant work out how to install (darling Mrs has been tidying and I think has thrown the instructions that came with it). If I install at the normal top draw runner position then the rods on the pan drawer rub on the bottom of the cutlery drawer runners, if I move it down by 10mm as the instructions said then the top of the bottom drawer is stuck behind the bottom of the top drawer regardless of how much I adjust them.

From memory the instructions said something about a drawer spiking position but that is all I remember, and I cant work out what the means.
