Is The Forum Working?

Seems ok here JP.

 

JP puts up a post like this most months It must be him not working

 

Nah just nobody posting

 

Some of us have beds to go to.

Not all of us are night owls.

 

JP, the forum is functioning as 'usual', not the same thing as 'normal'.
You may be just detecting a slow and boring spiral into oblivion.
I'm no psychologist, JP, but maybe the bleak lonely pointless emptiness of their hopeless futile predicament is beginning to get to them ?

Must be honest. This forum has gone downhill since Miss pickle gave up on us. It's got all too serious & technical. No banter !!! Please Miss P, come back & liven this place up.

I must assure you all that I have no connection with Miss P, however you must agree that she brought a littlle levity to this forum.

 

I must say that I tend to use the forum for all the "serious and technical" stuff and at times, it's been a great help

I'd made a previous post about people using the "just talk" heading for all non serious and technical stuff ,as surely that's what it's there for. Day to day banter, fun, trivial, sorting out the worlds problems (that'll keep SF Pete awake)

What I found annoying though with miss p was the hijacking of trade related threads, turning them into pages of unrelated drivel then often spiralling into personal insults and attacks

May have livened the forum up for some people but personally, didn't do much for me to be honest

 

Well Dave. Have you ever made a request that has not been answered? Probably not. I'm sure there is room on this forum for levity and serious advice.
