I'm trying to make good some 152x15mm Melamine Faced Chipboard units which are fine other than some areas where water is rotting parts that do come in contact with water splashes etc.

Was wondering if something similar to 15mm Melamine Faced Chipboard (thickness and white finish) but solid plastic, and can be cut/screwed in same sort of way for this indoor use?.

What about using white pvc square fascia boards, or is that a rough idea?

You can get 150x20mm hollow uPVC sections. Not soft but stiff as board.

Only if you wanted to make it out of acrylic sheeting/Perspex but it's stupidly expensive at that thickness, what's wrong with MR mdf and laminate?

Have to ask why are the units getting so wet that they are 'rotting'

Is this a domestic kitchen or other setting out of interest
