Is this plume kit gas safe

    Will this pass gas safe test?

    I would at a minimum rotate the hook 180 deg.

    You can see that its flattenned where its going through the roof. Its clear taped where its going through the roof sheet. Also it receives minimal rain as it is very near the wall.
    You guys reckon it needs doing again - properly?

    yes, and the wiring to your flood needs a little attention

    No. The originals dont have a rodding point either

    Why is that then? Wiring is fine. Coming out of the wall and into a junction box

    The wiring is alright as long as they don't close the door.

    how's the corrugated roofing flashed to the wall, looks like there's a ventilation gap from your picture

    I'm not sure that you're allowed to have an awning pulley without an awning either, I'm certain there is a part P law about it.
