Does it involve walking to the pub, keeping your pint topped up so it is heavier and lo-fat pies?

Jogging to the pub not walking.

oh you guys,,,I started going to the gym every day, there's one 200 yds from my house, so i walk there and walk home, I don't need to go in the exercise I get from the walk is more than the members of the gym do, they drive there, then get on a walking machine then drive home and pay £30 a month for the privaledge, I get it for free, happy days,

  11. A pie without the risk of heart problems just isn't a pie... Not to a Northerner who knows what he wants anyway!

  12. I think Les Dawson wrote these tunes?

All the right notes but not necessarily in the right order, or was that Eric Morcambe?

its called jazz mannn, get with it you cats, let it ring let it swing and play in the groove man,

  15. The latter, I believe, delivered belligerently to Andrew Preview. Fab moment. Will live in the mind forever.

Les Dawson was - imo - an unfunny guy. Except when he played t'ivories. A real talent for playing just the slightly wrong notes. Our Tom takes it to the next level :p.

    Or, 'jazz' as it's called.

I get my exercise by watching those keep fit videos and sometimes getting up from my chair to look for the remote.
