We only recently moved into our present home (bungalow). It has a lovely conservatory. One rad fitted in conservatory. Now, we would like to use the conservatory during the winter. It has a glass roof. Not sure if current rad will be enough to heat the room in winter. If you have a conservatory, do you use it in winter and how do you keep it warm? Ours, as i said, has a glass roof and a tiny 4 course brick wall all around and 3 glass sections above that. Any advice would be superb. Ta
Well you want some super duper efficient low e argon filled triple glazing units. Or buy yourself an arctic quality coat.
If you can circulate the heat from the heater it'll be better. Otherwise the heat goes straight up, is cooled by the glass and is lost. Mr. HandyAndy - Really
