Kiab taking a break

    Will be having a op tomorrow:(, so will be off the forum for 2-3 weeks, hopefully not any longer.
    Looking at up to six weeks in total in a sling,& maybe up to another six months with physio afterwards.:(

    So I've have around 2 to 3 weeks of no-one pointing out my practical mistakes? Cooool... ;)

    He was waiting for a bus, when the bus arrived a car tried to squeeze through and knocked the stop post down which hit him.

    So with all the time off of work (I assume ur not retired) ? Even with 1 arm in a sling, why the hell cant you answer posts with the other hand Kiab ??

    Surely ur gonna get bored with all that free time on your hands ....... Er sorry..... On your one good hand/arm !!

    What's the forum gonna do ???
    No offence meant to all of the other regular posters but, your are a bit of a K.I.A.B ain't ya (meant as a compliment I assure you

    Have you notified Peter the Mod of ur impending absence and sent in the necessary sick forms ??

    I hear that the GPs were recommending patients "self certify" for up to 2 weeks to lessen their workload. Not sure if you can get away with 6 months though ?

    Anyway, all the best, hope all goes well and recovery is not too far away

    You going private or NHS
    If the latter, better get in there quick :eek:

    I might pop in,all depends how I feeling, will have to get a PA to do my replies though:rolleyes:, it's too slow typing one letter at a time.:(
    Going NHS, but at a private hospital & very good it is.:)

    Hope all goes well and you make a 110% recovery.
    Had my break back in January and no end in sight with the physio.
    Though I'm hopefull I'll make a 90% recovery.
