Ah. OK. It's a little out of my area. Seen a a fitter on job that seemed skilled explaining the difference between a straight joint and a mitred joint on hardwood tops. He thought straight is the right way to go, but some like the mitred.. He used a biscuit joiner.
! That is appalling work. I would be worried with him going near worktops when he struggles to assemble the cabinet! Well, on the plus side, he hasn't used jointing strips.
