You'll always get some BCO's who don't know their job properly.


All you have to do is tell em that they're breaking the law if they refuse and just give the link to the Governments website in my previous post where it quite clearly states that LABC's must comply with this notification option.

 

I see most of the links on my post now default to the main site because the post is a year or two old now, however all the info is on there if you search a little.
